The material has a pleasant soft texture (Shore A 55-65) that feels good in the hand — important for products designed to be touched, squeezed, and played with rather than simply displayed.

The multi-step manufacturing process involves: mold design and CNC machining (typically 2-5 cavities for multi-color characters), sequential PVC injection for each color, screen-printed facial features and fine details, and final assembly with keyring hardware, magnet inserts, or suction cups. Each character is individually inspected for color registration, detail sharpness, and hardware attachment security. The 500-piece MOQ accommodates brand mascot merchandise, anime/game character licensing programs, tourist souvenir lines, and promotional gift campaigns.
