Garment PVC rubber patches deliver the premium look of traditional embroidered or leather patches with the manufacturing consistency and cost-efficiency of modern polymer molding. These patches represent our flagship garment accessory product, trusted by Jordan Sports and other premium sportswear brands for high-visibility apparel branding. The PVC-rubber compound we developed over years of formulation refinement achieves an ideal balance: rigid enough to hold fine 3D detail at 0.2mm resolution, yet flexible enough to conform to curved garment surfaces without puckering.

The metallic hot stamping process is what truly sets these patches apart. After the PVC base is molded, we apply a precisely heated metallic foil — available in gold, silver, rose gold, copper, and holographic finishes — under controlled pressure and temperature. The foil adheres only to the raised surfaces of the 3D design, creating a striking contrast between the metallic highlights and the matte PVC background. This multi-texture effect is impossible to achieve with embroidery alone and commands premium pricing at retail.

Our rubber patches can be produced with sew-on channels (0.8mm wide, compatible with industrial sewing machines), iron-on heat seal backing, or self-adhesive peel-and-stick backing. For denim applications, we recommend the sew-on option for maximum durability through industrial washing. For performance sportswear, the heat seal option provides a clean, stitch-free appearance. Each patch is individually inspected for foil adhesion, edge sharpness, and color accuracy before packaging.
