The manufacturing process involves two parallel production lines that converge in final assembly. The hook side (the "rough" side) uses nylon injection molding to create precisely engineered mushroom-head or J-hook shapes that provide consistent engagement strength across thousands of open/close cycles. The loop side (the "soft" side) uses a knitted nylon pile fabric. Our innovation lies in molding a silicone overlay onto the hook side, incorporating your 3D logo design while preserving the hook functionality in non-logo areas. This creates a branded surface that's visible when the fastener is closed and a functional closure when it's engaged.
