Our PVC patches are produced through drip molding: liquid PVC in your specified colors is precisely injected into CNC-machined molds, where it cures to form a solid 3D badge. Each color in your design requires a separate mold cavity and injection step, allowing for sharp, clean color separation without the bleeding common in printed patches. The raised 3D elements typically stand 0.5-2.0mm above the base, creating a dimensional effect that printed patches simply cannot match.

Weather resistance is a key differentiator for outdoor applications. Unlike embroidered patches that can absorb water, fray, and fade under UV exposure, PVC patches are inherently waterproof and UV-stable. They won't degrade in rain, snow, salt spray, or direct sunlight — making them the preferred choice for outdoor backpacks, tactical gear, boat bags, and adventure travel equipment.
