Industrial silicone gaskets and seals represent the broadest application category in our product portfolio — encompassing everything from food processing equipment seals to consumer product components. While these parts often lack the brand-centric nature of our label products, they demand the highest levels of material precision, dimensional accuracy, and quality documentation.
Our manufacturing flexibility is a key competitive advantage. We operate both compression molding lines (optimal for larger parts, thicker cross-sections, and lower tooling costs) and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection molding lines (optimal for high-precision parts, thin walls, high-volume production, and fully automated manufacturing). The choice of process depends on your part geometry, volume requirements, and tolerance specifications — and our engineers will recommend the optimal approach during the quoting phase.
Material grades available include: general-purpose (60-70 Shore A, -50°C to 200°C), food-grade (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, suitable for repeated food contact), medical-grade (USP Class VI, ISO 10993 biocompatible, suitable for implanted devices and surgical tools), electronic-grade (low outgassing, high dielectric strength, suitable for PCB insulation and connector seals), and flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0 rated, suitable for electrical enclosures and aerospace). All production is managed under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with full material traceability from silicone compound batch to finished part. Every order includes a Certificate of Conformance and material test certificates from SGS.
