Custom woven brand labels are the quintessential garment branding element — found in the collar of every dress shirt, the inner pocket of every suit jacket, and the waistband of every pair of tailored trousers. Despite their ubiquity, the quality difference between mass-market and premium woven labels is dramatic, and it's a difference that consumers subconsciously register every time they dress.

Our woven labels are produced on high-speed Jacquard looms that individually control thousands of warp threads to create intricate designs at thread densities up to 150 denier. The weaving process builds the design directly into the fabric structure — unlike printed labels where the design sits on the surface and can wear off. This structural integration means woven labels maintain their appearance for the full lifespan of the garment, developing a pleasant softened texture with washing rather than degrading.

We offer three primary material options: damask (highest detail, 100+ threads per inch, slight sheen), satin (smooth lustrous surface, excellent for text-heavy labels), and taffeta (crisp texture, most economical). Each label is finished with ultrasonic cutting that seals the edges without fraying — a critical quality detail that separates professional labels from amateur ones. Fold options include end-fold (folded at both ends for sewing into seams), center-fold (folded in half, sewn into the label itself), straight-cut (flat, sewn around all edges), and book-fold (folded like a book cover, often used for care instruction booklets). We can also weave in metallic threads (gold, silver) for luxury accent details.
