1. General Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Gurui Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order or signed agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs and order specifications.

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified per product
• Custom orders require sample approval before mass production
• Design files should be provided in AI, PSD, or PDF format

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated per order. Standard terms: 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C, and other methods as agreed upon.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination and order size. Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. Gurui is not responsible for customs delays beyond our control.

5. Quality and Returns

All products undergo rigorous quality control. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation. We will replace or refund defective products at our discretion. Custom products cannot be returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
