Tagless heat transfer neck labels solve one of the most common consumer complaints about apparel: the scratchy, irritating sewn-in tag. By replacing traditional woven labels with a smooth, ultra-thin printed transfer applied directly to the garment fabric, brands can eliminate tag irritation while maintaining all required labeling information — brand logo, size, care instructions, fiber content, country of origin, and RN number.
Our tagless transfers use a specialized PU (polyurethane) film base that is just 50-80 microns thick — thinner than a human hair. The printing is done with OEKO-TEX certified inks that are free from harmful chemicals and safe for direct skin contact. After heat press application, the transfer becomes virtually indistinguishable from the fabric itself, with no raised edges or stiff areas. The print remains legible through 80+ wash cycles and won't crack, peel, or fade under normal garment care conditions.
We offer multiple configurations to suit different garment types. Single-color prints for minimalist branding, multi-color for detailed logos, and matte-finish transfers that look screen-printed directly onto the fabric. The transfers can be supplied on rolls for automated heat press lines or as individual sheets for manual application. With a 1000-piece MOQ, we serve everyone from small clothing brands doing their first production run to large manufacturers running automated labeling lines. All products comply with CPSIA requirements for children's clothing labeling and EU REACH regulations.
